In order to download appointments to the app or to sync back reports to the PC dashboard, you will need an internet connection.
However you do not need to have an internet connection whilst onsite at a property as the app will save all your report information and photos whilst offline.
Once you've completed your report at a property, it will need to be synced back to the PC dashboard which will need an internet connection. You can do this over a 3G/4G connection, however we recommend you use a good WiFi connection, particularly if you’ve taken lots of photos, so that you don’t unnecessarily use your mobile data allowance.
Other features in the app, such as voice dictation can be used with or without an internet connection, depending on your device. You may need to enable offline dictation in your device first. Check out this blog for more details.
