To add your alert contacts, you must have account owner permissions.


  1. Click ‘My Account’ followed by the ‘Lone Worker’ drop-down option. 
  2. Scroll to the ‘Alert Contacts’ section and click ‘Add Alert Contact’. 
  3. Select your contacts from the dropdown - please note that the alert contact must be set up as a user in your TouchRight account.
  4. Then select the type of alert - amber and/or red, then click 'Save'.
